Transfer / Withdrawal Policy

1. Deemed Withdrawal
A student who transfer from the Course to another course with SOHA, for refund purpose, be deemed to have withdrawal from the Course and the provisions of the Refund Policy shall apply save as otherwise agreed between SOHA and the Student.
 
2 Transfer Policy
Students are allowed to transfer to another school of his/her choice. Students are required to get the Student Pass transfer form from the new school filled and hand it over to their course consultant for endorsement and signature. In addition, students are to fill in a “SOHA Cancellation of Student Pass Form” to be submitted to the school for administration purpose.
 
3  Withdrawal for Course
The Student shall be entitled to immediately withdraw from the Course by giving written notice to the School of his/her intention to do so under the following circumstances:
a)     the school fails to commence the Course on the Commencement date;
b)    the school fails to complete the Course by the Completion date;
c)     the school terminates the Course prior to the completion of the Course;or
d)    the school is in material breach of its obligations under this Agreement.
 
4 Withdrawal Without Cause and Refund
Where the Student withdraws from the Course for any other reasons, except the 4 reasons stated above, the School shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal (and in any event no more than fourteen (14) working days after receiving such notice) a refund is made accordingly:
 
●100% of the aggregate amount of the Course Fees and Additional Fees paid where the Student’s written notice of withdrawal is received by the school thirty (30) days prior to the commencement Date;
●75% of the aggregate amount of the Course Fees and Additional Fees paid where the Student’s written notice of withdrawal is received by the school seven (7) days prior to the commencement Date;
●50% of the aggregate amount of the Course Fees and Additional Fees paid where the Student’s written notice of withdrawal is received by the school seven (7) days after the commencement Date;
●0% of the aggregate amount of the Course Fees paid where the Student’s written notice of withdrawal is received by the school fourteen (14) days or more after the Commencement Date;
 
●All Applicable Bank Administrative Charges, Registration Fees and any properly payable/paid under the Student Protection Scheme is not refundable
